Hen has swollen eyes and cannot open thdm

I was wondering what I can do to help my hen that has swollen eyes. Appears to be full of puss. What can I dobro help her?

This sounds very much like coryza or a bad strain of MG. The best way to stop the spread is to cull the chicken, even though this is difficult if she is a pet. This disease is never cured with antibiotics, but symptoms may improve. The whole flock may become carriers after to being exposed. Is there any bad smell around her head? Tylan 50 injections 1 ml daily for 5 days would treat either of those, and Di-Methox (sulfadimethoxine) is more for coryza. yes to the smell. I will cull her immidiatly. Its to bad because she is a very nice bird but it has to be done
