Without a diagnosis, suggesting treatment is a shot in the dark. You might try doing a byc search first & see if someone else had a similar problem that byc'rs were able to diagnose or even narrow down to a few possibilities. Try "foamy eyes" or "bubbly eyes" in your search. If that doesn't work, then since she is still drinking, you might try adding an antibiotic to her water. I think Gallimycin is best but pretty pricey so you might try Tylan, Terramycin, or Aureomycin. These are all water soluble and are helpful for a number of ailments so just keep your fingers crossed that whatever she has will respond to antibiotics. Gallimycin is 1-2 tsp per gal of water, & Aureomycin is 1 tsp per gal. However, if you can give shots, injectibles are the best way to go, IMHO.
Meantime, you need to get some nourishment down her. I've always had good luck with fruit-flavored yogurt. I put some on a plastic spoon & dip their beak in it. It might take a while, but once they get a good taste, they usually go crazy for it. Meal worms (from the pet store) are another treat they usually can't resist.
Another thing, bring her in somewhere & keep her warm. If you suspect anything respiratory, use VetRx or Vicks VapoRub along with the antibiotics. Put a spot by her nostrils, under each wing, & on the top of her head.
I'm so sorry your girl is sick & I wish I could help you more. I'll be thinking positive thoughts for both of you. Good luck.
