Is the site having copy and pasting problems?

I've been trying to paste some instructions in a comment window and straight pasting fails and also using the pasting insert function also fails. I double checked that it isn't my laptop failing to copy the material and my machine is working properly.

Still trying to paste some text, but still won't work. I've never had this problem before. Been on this site for sixteen years and I've moved text from my files before with no problem. Suddenly, today, I can't do it.

Is anyone else having trouble copying text from somewhere else and trying to paste it in a message window, such as working offline and then copying your text and moving it here? I just tried doing that on the article page and it won't paste there either when it definitely should.

I'm pretty sure it isn't me. Could someone else run a test to see if they have problems?

Just tried c&p'ing from a word doc on a windows laptop and it worked fine using both keyboard shortcuts, and rightclick then copy/paste

I've tested copying and pasting everything I can think of. Both on my computer and my cell phone. Copy and paste is working for me.

You mentioned a laptop. What type is it? What browser? Are both your operating system and browser up to date?

And, no, my operating system is not updated because it's never the same after. Since I was able to copy and paste last week, and not now, it makes me wonder if the site has done some changes. What is different here from last week?
