Hi
I've posted previously about losing 2 chickens very suddenly and having one that had symptoms of something but was surviving. So the surviving hen has been to the vet and re-started on anti-fungal medication for her crackly chest. Her chest has improved but she isn't eating. Her comb was very pale three days ago but has improved somewhat in colour. She's had two drinks today and that's it. Yesterday was the same. I feel as though I'm just waiting for her to die. The vet couldn't find any masses, no lice or mites and doesn't know what is wrong with her. She is spending most of her time sitting down and sleeping. She isn't having any trouble walking when she does actually move. I've tried offering her all of her favorite treats and I can see she considers eating them but doesn't. I don't know how to help her, she's only a year old. If she doesn't eat soon she'll die from starvation, I can feel she's lost so much weight. Any thoughts or advice?
