Hen hatched chick not doing well

I have a hen-hatched chick (about 20 hours old) looks good but can’t stand or hold its head up. I often find it on its back flailing and kicking. Chirps a lot, too.
Can it be Wry Neck right out of the egg? Can I help this little one? Thank you for any ideas.

Do you have any chick vitamins? sometimes it takes awhile to figure out their legs. If you don't have vitamins, try some sugar water with about hslf of an egg yolk mixed in.
