Hen having difficulty breathing

I got back from work today and heard this terrible sound... I checked for physical obstacles in her throat but could not see. Her poops are white and watery. She hid herself in a cool place. Any ideas? We don't have vets here... I read some bugs may have gotten in her lungs.

How old is the chicken?
Does she have any coughing, mucous or watery eyes?
Do you see any bugs on her?
Is her crop empty or full?
 
@Wyorp Rock Apologies, I had the wrong settings on the video. You can watch it now. She is less than a year old and she has already been a mom , raised her chicks and started laying eggs again. She is acting normal and making attempts to eat and drink, but she is unable as she cannot breath. No watery eyes and no mucous. She sneezes sometimes. I have cleaned her from bugs, so no bugs. I gave her tetracycline pill and she is much better today, don't know if she has improved from the tetracycline or just on her own...

I'm glad she is improving.
I would finish the course of Tetracycline. Hopefully she will make a full recovery soon!
