In the two years I've had my four hens one of them has laid only a couple of little eggs. And they were laid months apart. Until last Monday when I found a tiny egg in the nesting box. I didn't worry about it because its so rare. But today I found another one! The second one was .2 ounces larger, if it makes a difference.

Monday's egg on top right, next to a regular sized egg. And Today's egg bottom right.

Is she okay? If not how can I help her? And how can I find out who's laying it?

Those look like what people call wind/fart/rooster eggs, they are usually just a glitch in the egg laying system when a small piece of reproductive tissue breaks away and is treated it like a yolk and a shell is formed around it. They are pretty common in old birds, brand new layers or birds just stopping or starting a laying cycle, sometimes they just seem to show up randomly. The occasional one usually isn't anything to worry about, if you get a hen laying a lot of them, especially an older bird, it may be signaling the end of her egg laying. Don't know that there is anything special you can do about them. The only way I can see figuring out who is laying them is to keep the hens caged separately. If you don't know that only one is laying them (can't quite tell from your post), it could very well be that it isn't just one of your hens laying them, but that each one has laid them occasionally... have you gotten four regular eggs a day?

No. Their two years old. So I don't get many eggs. I got some chicks to fill in for them though when their older.
