I splinted it and bandaged with some antiseptic (though there was no cut/skin break). She is in a cage with food and water now. She is eating, which I think is a good sign, yes?
How often should I change the dressing on the split? She will be by herself, under cover, in a medium crate with fresh pine shavings each day.
