Hen holding her beak open?

One of our faverolles just started acting weird. I gave them dried mealworms in our backyard, and of course everyone went for them. The Fav was eating the mealworms, and I noticed something white coming out of her mouth, like she was throwing up. Not only that, she sneezes a lot and constantly goes and gets water for long periods of time. Now she's walking around with her beak opened up (she's not panting, though, its cool where we are)
Is something wrong with her? Should I take her to a vet or something?

Could be a dried mealworm is stuck in her throat. Chickens can't cough, though they can sneeze. Hopefully she can dislodge it.

Could be sour crop. That would explain the throw up.

Smell her beak and see if it smells bad.

Thanks for the replies! I can't do anything at the moment since its like 9pm, but I'll check if she smells tomorrow afternoon.
