Hen hung from toe

Hello, I need advice please. Lilly, my Lavender Orpington, got her toe stuck and hung upside-down for less than one hour before being discovered. I held her in a towel until she stopped shaking. I tried to see if she could walk, but she can't even stand up. So I wrapped her in a towel and put her in an Amazon box that supports her upright. I put her and the box into a large dog carrier on my kitchen table, covered with a blanket. She seems alert. What should I do? There's no vet that sees birds within a two hours drive.
