Hen in distress

My daughter just called me at work to say one of the hens
is in distress.
The hen is acting like it wants to push out an egg or poop,
but my daughter says the hens innard appear to be coming out.

HELP!

I have heard to lube up her vent with vaseline/ lubrication may help her get the egg out. Also a warm bath helps to losen up the muscles. If her vent prolapses(? spelling) uue preperation H or honey helps to get it to go back in. Look up prolaspe vent in search. Hope this helps

I told my daughter to isolate her until I get home.
