hen is acting different

I have about a 4 month old buff orpington. She has always been a bit spunky. But all day today she has been climbing up and down the ramp to the coop. She then just stands at the top and stays there for a long time. The coop door is open so if she wanted in she definitely could. Just want some feedback

She could be thinking about laying
For every 3 months there is an extra week, so if she is 17 weeks she may be on her way. If she is squatting submissively, or hanging around the coop that is a good sign.
