hen is hanging backside out of nesting box and egg drops to the floor, any suggestions?

RBG, my easter egger, has started hanging her backside out of the box and her eggs drop to the floor and the other girls eat it. does anyone have suggestion on how i can fix this situation? the boxes were smaller so i put in these milk crates and thought is was ok because they are bigger, but she is the only one doing this.thank you for your feedback.

2x this. Also, get them bigger nesting boxes. Place the nesting box perches closer to the lip, so if she continues to do this, the perch (a small board would be best with a small gap between the nest and board) will catch the egg.

Does the hen have any nesting box anxiety? She looks like a big hen, so too small of a nesting box might be the issue, but if it's anxiety, then getting a bigger nesting box might not help.

Definitely give them larger nests. You've got large breeds and those nest boxes look a bit small. Nice fluffy butts!

no anxiety.......thinking about putting them on the floor under where they are now. and putting up a roost in that spot

I don't recommend putting nest boxes on the floor. You will regret this later. Just keep the roosts higher than the nest boxes and you'll be fine.
