Hen is Laying poop with a thin shell

Hello I have a question. My batam hen who is a year old is laying poop with a thin egg shell she has lost the feathers on her head and I'm not quite sure what is wrong looking for advice thank you

Some forums require a minimum post count before posting images or links.
It could be 5,10 whatever the admin or mods decide.
It's to stop spam, well help prevent it.

When something is posted unrelated to the forum. Could be for advertising or even worse.
Over the years, I've had to fix many pc for people because of miscellaneous sites.

You would be amazed what some sites can do to your pc, all it takes is a click of a link.
