Hen is limping, has weird bump and scab on foot

My hen is limping and has this bump and scab thing on her foot… I have no idea what it is? Can anyone help?

I pulled that scab thing out and it looks like it may have been an ingrown feather…but still not sure. I cleaned it and wrapped it and am going to check on it everyday. Hopefully it gets better.

yes, I would keep it as clean as possible and put some antibiotic ointment w/o pain relief on it, then wrap it.
