Hen is making weird nosie

Hen just started making this noise today, when I try to get her she still reacts and trys to run away, but she is just sitting down most of the time.
Poop is in between good and watery.
Added a photo of face if that matters
Also every once in a while she will sneeze

Sounds like a respiratory infection or disease. Look into that on this forum. I usually give a intramuscular shot of Tylan 50, but they took it off of all TSC shelves for whatever reason.

How is she doing now?

Sounds like Stridor which is when they something in the airway, maybe some food, mucous or inhaled some water.
Usually Stridor will resolve on its own over the course of a day.

If she has not improved by morning, then check inside her beak for any obstruction and feel to see if her crop has emptied.
