My hen has not been interacting with the other hens. She doesn't have mites or lice but is not active. She stands still a lot. I have her in a separate cage but I'm just not sure what's going on. Her throat looks clear as does her bottom. I've notice she's not eating as much and hasn't laid an egg in several days, she's a little over a year old. She was always skittish prior to this although she runs away she's not as fast.

I’ve got a Brahma hen who does it sometimes, too. Watching this thread as well.
I think it's just genetics because when our weather changes it happens to some of my other hens they will become slower and look like their joints hurt but when they get used to the weather they r fine just with my rooster hes gotten a lot worse and doesnt seem to be getting better after 6 days unfortunately

Welcome to BYC @Farmgirl549 ...sorry you are having troubles.
What I do when a bird is acting 'off' is to isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so you can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.
