hen is raspy.

I wormed my hens last night with valbazen.i fed and watered at 7:am.everything seemed OK.i went back several hours later and one of my hens sounded very horsey..now she sounds awful.she is making a honk sound.not her normal sound.i warned my DH that we had to be care when we administered the valbazen.I'm always uneasy when administering anything in their mouth.because they could aspirate.could it be the worm er or something else.i do have tylan if it is respiratory.

If it was me I would go ahead and treat for respiratory. The raspy to me means respiratory problems.
