Hen isn't laying eggs

We had a hen named Minnie, who is a silver penciled plymouth rock. We gave her away to a friend of ours with a silver penciled plymouth rock rooster named Oliver. She was about 1 year old at the time we gave her away and she was laying eggs for us. We gave her to our friend during the winter and in the spring she didn't lay any eggs. It's been a year and she still hasn't layed an egg! Her sister Mickey is laying eggs, why isn't she?

Moving, new environment, new chicks, any type stress can make hens stop laying. We have a hen that when she saw the new chicks stopped laying. She's done this before and as she gets used them the eggs start coming again.

I would also make sure the hen has a nice quiet place to lay, good nutrition, good hydration and isn't having issues with other members of the flock picking on her.
