Please don’t give or sell her. You’d just be giving a terrible problem to someone else. Just because she’s pretty on the outside is not a good enough reason. Would you like to get a pretty dog from Craig’s list only to bring it home and it attacks your child? Some animals are just wired wrong. They are dangerous. If you don’t have her separated from others do it now. I’m sure if you asked around you would find someone to cull her. If you don’t know how to cull her just look at how she does it. Snapped their necks didn’t she? Best wishes

Whats the quickest and easiest way to do it

For me, the "broomstick method" - cervical dislocation.
I would not sell or re-home a chicken that is killing others.

Could be, I can't tell what it is! But to me that would not make much difference since it got into another pen and killed a pullet as well.
POSSIBLY space might be an issue??! But still - 3 dead flockmates would not sit well with me at all.
