hen laid an lash egg, whats the next step?

so I found a lash egg laid in the sleeping area of the coop today. I didn't cut it up but it's pretty mashed up and pink. My question is what do I do now? I don't know how I would know who has it because we have 11 hens. One is dealing with mg/ms and hasn't laid in months. two I'm treating for water belly and everyone else is laying every other day or so. are there any natural treatments I can use at home alongside antibiotics? and what is everyone else's personal experience with them? TIA
