Hen laid first egg 3 weeks ago, then stopped

I know I should just be patient, but this does seem a bit strange.

She laid a normal egg at 20 weeks (double yolker), then another normal egg 3 days later, and then a soft shelled egg 2 days after that. And since then, nothing. It's been 3 weeks since that third egg. The first two eggs were in the nest, the third was out in the coop, I think she did it at night.

Before the first egg, she was spending lots of time checking out the nests. Now I don't see her there much anymore. However, I have seen/heard her do the egg song a few times. But no eggs to be found.

She's on layer feed, she eats oyster shells, and she's not laying them anywhere sneaky.

Oh okay, I was just tryin to see how good of a layer it was. Give her some time, she may lay soon. How do you know she’s not laying them somewhere that you don’t know about? Does she act healthy?

She seems totally healthy. She’s my friendliest hen by far. She eats and drinks well. Seems top of the pecking order.

I’m pretty sure she’s not laying elsewhere because they’re primarily in their coop and run, and I let them out into our backyard for an hour or so once or twice a day, but our yard isn’t very big and I’ve looked everywhere. Unless she’s extra sneaky!

I don't think so, unless they're eating the entire egg and leaving no evidence whatsoever. I only have 4 hens and the other 3 aren't laying yet.
