Hen laid little tiny egg.

One of my hens laid a tiny egg yesterday. I have 7 hens. Two are in their second year of laying, and 5 started laying this winter. All have been laying large eggs. This egg is about inch long. It has a rougher surface - like tiny little grains on the shell. It also seems like the shell is thicker than the usual shell. I have not broken it open so I can't describe the inside.

Is this the sign of something being wrong with my hen?

It's normal for it to happen every now and then. Search for 'fart egg' and you'll find a ton of posts on this.
