Hen laying dirty eggs

Ok so one or two of my hens keep laying dirty eggs. I have a rollaway nest box and they are always dirty after they are layed. the nest box area is clean. Other eggs are clean except one particular hens eggs. Does nayone have any thoughts? Thanks

Have you checked for poo butt? Build up on a hens hind end can smear ever egg as it's laid.

Otherwise, some hens have an issue with closing off that section that blocks fecal matter from eggs...
