My sister and I took her out of the tractor to take some pictures, and she immediately lay down and started sunbathing. She sure doesn't look like a hen in pain, does she?
Her leg looks pretty normal from the side:
Here you can clearly see the bump on the inside of her hock joint.
She was struggling a lot during the photo shoot, which is a good sign. She also seemed to be moving around a bit better, or maybe it's just wishful thinking.

I kept her in the tractor for now, because I think she likes the company of the other hen in there. I’ll definitely put her in the entryway tonight, though, so she doesn’t get worried and start pacing around again. 
I put Holly on the roost, and then stepped on something that crunched. I immediately thought it was an egg, and had to turn the light on to check. The light switch is in the entryway, and right when I opened the door, the injured hen squeezed her way past me and limp-ran into the coop. She got halfway across before I turned the light off and caught her. The thing I stepped on was an old watermelon rind
