Hen limping badly

Good morning, all.
I went out to the coop this morning, and my four year old EE hen was lying down on the floor. She got up when I came in there, but I immediately noticed she wasn't putting any weight on her right foot. I caught her and inspected her leg, but didn't find anything at first. My thought was bumblefoot, as she's had problems in the past with that, but her foot seemed fine, and she didn't flinch when I put pressure on it. I brought her out of the coop to get a better look at her. She struggled when I picked her up, and squawked, so she's feeling fine otherwise. I felt her leg more closely, and I found a hard lump on the inside of her hock joint. Does this mean her leg's broken, or dislocated or something? I separated her with one of my other chickens who's been picked on, and the injured one chased her around a bit. Most of the time she's just standing around with her tail down, mainly for balance, I think. Her head's up, she's alert and talking.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Her leg may have gotten a bit better as the day went on, but not much. I'm keeping her in the tractor overnight, since the roost there is only a foot high or so, and she can manage it without hurting herself. I sure hope she's feeling better in the morning. :(

She’s no better this morning. In fact, she’s a lot worse. She was still on the roost when I went in there, and really didn't want to get down. I put her on the ground, and she stumbled a couple steps, flapping her wings, and lay down again. She did eat some food, and I moved her water bowl closer to where she’s sitting. I fed her by hand a little, and she was warning the other hen not to get close, so she’s still talking. She wiped her beak on the ground after she was done, and seemed perfectly content to sit there. Her leg doesn’t feel any different, it’s warm, and her toes curl when I pick her foot up. I’m at a loss. I don’t know what I can do to make her more comfortable. She has food and water within easy reach, shade, some weeds to peck at, and a friend to keep her company. I guess that’s all I can do right now.

If you can get some help to hold her, take a couple of pictures of her leg including the bump. I would keep her from roosting tonight, and consider placing her in a wire dog crate with food and water where she can reach it. Resting the leg can help if it is an injury. Pad her crate with bedding.

I don’t have a dog crate, but I can put her in the entryway of the chicken house; I’ve done that with sick ones before, and it works well. I’m afraid she may have hurt it more last night, as she was trying to get into the house to roost with the other hens.
