Hen limping. What should I do?

It doesn't look too bad to me. She probably did something to make herself a little sore. Keep her separated in a dog crate, etc where she can see her friends if she's being picked on or has a high roost to get on and off of at night. She's still looking for snacks and putting some weight on it, so I wouldn't be too worried.

Do you know any ways I can make a DIY splint or a place I can obtain one?
This is unprofessional, but my go to: if it's broken, set it, then put a large tongue depressor on the front and back of the leg going down past the ankle, and wrap it with bandage tape, then duct tape or some other strong tape. She might limp or hop for a while when you first take it off, but it should be fine after that.

I really don't think she needs one. She should be fine with a little time and rest.
She might not, but better safe then sorry, if it is badly sprained or broken she might have a limp later if it is not splinted. The splint should prevent most of that. :)

I think I found out what’s broken. It’s the left-most toe on her left leg. It’s bent in an unusual way. It even feels limp like the bone there isn’t very present with articulation if you know what I mean.
Here’s a short video of I moving the toe for an example.
I apologize for the bad quality.
