My 6 month old Australorp hen is limping. Her wings were droopy along with her tail and her beak was open as if she is feeling warm. But when I took her out in the garden, she was eating fine, her tail stood up, but her mouth was still open. It has been like this since yesterday. She gets short of breath easily.

She is usually very chirpy, but today she felt lethargic. Her limping is scaring me. I think I should mention that when she was month old she was unble to walk for a few hours, but when I took her out she started walking again normally after some time.

Her poop is really unusual and I have not encountered one like this ever!

You would want to feel inside the vent about 1-2" with a gloved, lubricated finger to see if there's an egg.
I checked her and I could feel an egg. Is it bad?
I could only touch the tip of her egg after 1/2 inch apx.
