Hen limping

2 days ago I noticed that one of my hen is limping. I looked for, bumble foot, scaly leg, worms, ect and couldn't find anything that would cause limping. It doesn't seem to bother her at all, she's jumping off the nesting box and pretty much doing what a normal chicken would do. I really don't know what to do to help her at this point.. Do I need to leave her alone and she's gonna heal by herself? Do I need to give her some vitamins or something ?
