Hen losing feathers. Bald patches.

My hen is losing feathers..at first I didn't think much of it but now she has some bald patches. She is still laying and seems to be eating ok. Any idea what this might be?? Help.

How old is she? She is likely going into her moult. Perfectly normal this time of year. Where is the balding occuring? If it's on her back/rump area, it could be due to rooster breeding as well.

She's around 1 yr old and yes the balding in on her rump area. My rooster (which was supposed to be a hen) just started breeding about 3 weeks ago. So this would make sense. I'm new to chickens so appreciate any advice you can give.
