You could try making your own solution.  Crush one pill very well and set aside, then try making a solution out of water and corn syrup, thick enough that the pill particles will stay suspended. Place pill powder in syringe, draw up solution to the 10 ml mark and now you have 10ml of 50mg/ml.

3.6 ÷ 2.2 x 50 ÷ 50 = 1.64ml

So she would get 1.6ml of the liquid suspension that I would make. So crush up 1 whole 500mg tab or cut it in half to make 250 and crush up that?It taste horrible...lol.

My other question would be I don't have corn syrup, but I have honey. Would that work?

Your other option would be to give her 1/4 a pill twice a day. It's a little more than she should have, but it should be safe.
