Hen Making Moaning Noise

I have a hen that this is her second time making this moaning noise when she is about to lay. I thought it was just her pushing an large egg out, as she is not even a year yet. I also thought it was because she wanted to lay in a hen box that someone else was laying. I hear her do it again when I was giving my other chickens a little bit of lettuce. She made the noise for a bit then ran into my coop to go lay down where she is laying her egg. When I looked into my coop she was no longer making this moaning sound. She is the only one that does this, but acts completely fine after she lays the egg. I do not know if I should worry about that noise or not. I feel like it is nothing to worry about when she first did it, because I though she wanted a hen box that is her favorite. This is her second time making this noise in about 4 months. Should I be worried about it. I do not think it is a respiratory infection as I have experienced that in the pass; there is not lice or mites on her; she is eating and drinking fine and running around with her siblings like its nothing. Any ideas?

PS : She will be 1 year in July.

Pushing out those eggs is hard. I've heard a few moaning and wheezing while doing it. As long as she's acting fine otherwise, eating, drinking, and scratching about I wouldn't worry about it.

I will keep a eye on her. She acts fine afterwards with eating and drinking. She was dirt bathing before laying, which might of started the problem. It gets bad when she was going up for bed, but when I went to go check on her she was roosting and acted like I was bothering her with waking her up.
