Hen making snoring noise

Hello

I was just about to close the coop door but I heard snoring noise? Turns out one of the hens is making noise please check the link for the audio recording

I've noticed she's been making such noises the past few days but it wasn't like this just for a brief second but now it's constant

She's around 18 months old
She lay eggs (probably not recently due to hot weather)
I have sand bedding in the coop
She's eating and drinking
Eyes seems normal not watery/foamy


It's been a hot month or so temperatures are around 37-45 Celsius and the chickens are constantly panting I've been doing my best to cooldown the chickens with ice and such please let me know what this could? Could the sand bedding be the reason?

She sounds like my chicken when she's growling. If you put your ear to top of her back do you hear the sound coming from her lungs or from her throat.

I looked down I see nothing

Also i have another hen making similar noises but way less as if it's starting

Nope everyone's asleep it's 1am
What else should I check for? I'll check her as soon as the sun comes up

She's not doing any better, still eating/, drinking but also snoring and sneezing
