Hen making weird noises

Like not impossible but could you be mistaken she has on someone elses egg?

She's the only chicken I have right now

Where do you keep her then chickens are social they do need company of others but as far as she goes her body musty have made the other also but quite uncommon .. I do not think you hurt in the door possibly a small bruise but no real damage

She stays in her coop at night but during the day she runs around with my dog outside and sometimes she comes inside but I am planning to get another chicken we had another one but we lost her
