Hen mating other hen?

No, just let them be chickens. They don't think like humans and you can't really make them. They're fine!

I have a very large hen who only mounts the same two chickens from time to time, (I have 15), and I have a bantam rooster. Does this mean she is dominant over him?

I will say their first meeting didn't go so well, she beat him up pretty bad. He put up a good fight for a little guy but walked away with blood dripping down his comb. But that was last spring and they have not done it again since, they seem to live in harmony.
