Hen may be hurt

My hen was laying on the ground in the coop tonight. she was damp so i know she had bee out in the rain. but when i picked her up i noticed she held one leg awfully close to her body. She is livley still and dosnt seem sick. how can i help her?

I woulD bring her In and keep her in a warm place. Perhaps give her some poly vi sol vitamins without iron as a tonic just a drop in the side of her beek. She. Might also like some mash made out of layer feed soaked in warm water into an oatmeal consistency. Let her dry out and warm up. Check her over before putting her back out with the flock.
