Yep, Silkies just go broody often. If you don't want her raising chicks then break her asap. I use a cage and have her in there for about 3 days and nights. With food and water of course. No bedding. Then she'll go back to normal and lay eggs for a while, then go broody againSome Silkies are brooding machines. This might be the case with yours. I'd break her, personally, since you aren't looking to raise more chicks at this time.
