Hen nearly beat to death

I've just been using Vaseline for the past few days and she seems to be recovering. I still keep her in a cage for most of the day, but I let her out for a little while just to let her stretch, dust bathe, mingle with the flock a little, ect... I think she's liking this "special treatment", instead of going to roost with the others this evening, she walked up to me and gave me this look like "okay I'm ready for you to take me back to my cozy cage now" :) So I did just that. Some of my hens are starting to moult now, so hopefully it won't be too long before she heals up and moults all her old feathers and grows new ones.

Glad to hear she is doing well
