hen need help

i have hen i have no pics of her right now she is walking stright up it looks like she is broke down in the back as soon as i can get pics i will think you all

Hmmm....without to much info...the least you can do is separate her and keep her slightly confined (to risk any additional injury if that is what it is) and well fed. Maybe it is a roo injury or something and she will come around.

does she have a "penguin" stance? She might be eggbound? Sometimes placing the bird in a warm bath to relax the muscles and then keeping in a warm room (dark) will help her lay the egg.

another method is to put the hen on a warm pad ..in a dark quiet place, as dlhunicorn suggested..
you might also try crushing a Tums into small amount of feed..
I have read that sometimes calcium will help with "contractions" to push the egg out.

she could also have a soft shelled egg she's having trouble expelling..
use same methods as egg bound.
watch for prolapse.
