I have a silver laced wyandotte that is still missing a lot of feathers I think from her molting? all of my others are long done molting. What could cause this? Shes 4 or 5.

photos of hen, she has a few feathers but mostly floof.
The lighting wasn't great sorry

Please wait for better lighting and take another photo.

What little I see, and what I suspected from your narrative, it's possible this hen is showing one of the many symptoms of an avian virus. I've seen this with a couple of hens in my flock, which carries lymphoid leucosis, over the years, and it causes feathers to grow in abnormally.

But I need to see a better, more detailed photo of the feathers to be more certain.

No, you don't need to cull because all your chickens would have been exposed. I cull when a chicken is in pain or so sick they will not live a normal life any longer. This is my hen that had deformed feathers. She lived another year after this photo.
