Hen not eating or drinking

I have one hen, around 14 months old, who has not been eating for the past two days. She will peck at the food but I haven't seen her eat anything. I suspect she isn't drinking much either, as I haven't noticed. She seems lethargic, walking around slowly or just standing/sitting and her poop is runny and white in colour. I have one other hen who seems fine.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

watery diarrhea is a symtpom of many illnesses. i think white is okay as it is probably uric acid (normal). yellow/green/bloody is bad.
