If, when you check them for their second treatment, you don't see many/any bugs you could probably just dust them with the DE. If they dust in the shavings in the coop (with Sevin) you probably wont see any bugs on them. If that's the case, I'd just clean out the coop again, refresh the Sevin and provide them with a dust box
