Hen not laying

We have seven chickens that just started laying about 4-5 weeks ago. For the first week we got several white eggs from our two "Californias" and now, we have not gotten a white egg in over two weeks. What could be wrong? Could changing their feed from crumbles to pellets have done it? We free range them, but I left them in their pen for two days just to check, and still nothing. What gives???

I have read that changing their diet can do that and also that free range chickens will not produce as many eggs. If they are free range they could have laid them somewhere and you just haven't found them.
