Hen not laying!

I have three Easter Egger hens. I got them all from the same hatchery when they were just a few days old. Now, they are 25 weeks old. One of my EE's started laying at 19 weeks. Then another one started laying a few days later. But, there is still one who isn't laying yet. I haven't seen any "squatting" or anything. Is she just a late bloomer? Or will she never lay! Why is she so much later then her sisters? PLEASE HELP

She has hardly no comb at all!

Well she is a pullet so she could be just a late bloomer. She will lay soon I am sure.

She's a pullet, some hens just mature later. If she's still not laying by another month, try posting it in the egg laying section.

Well I'm glad i know for sure shes a pullet. I guess i will just have to wait it out.
