Ok, we have this 4-5 year old hen that is not walking right. She just kind of limps around, when she does walk, which isn't often. She had a poopy butt, so I gave her a bath. I thought it might be leg mites so I put some of our leg mite stuff, that helped the last time our chickens had leg mites. We treated them a couple months ago for worms, because they had that a couple months ago. The worm treatment was supposed to work for half a year or so, and it has not been half a year. She eats, but doesn't seem to be very thirsty.

Did you check her feet and legs for injuries? What kind of chicken is she? I think some have shorter lives than others so maybe she is feeling old. Have you felt her tummy for swelling? That would make her walk funny. Has her laying pattern changed? Did you check her vent for discharge?

Her tummy isn't swollen. Her legs and feet seem fine, except for a bump between two of her toes, but it looks normal. She is a Golden Red. As far as we know, she's not laying. She'll move, but kind of drag her bottom on the ground like it's too heavy to lift.

She is all bloody because the other chickens pecked at her. Now there are maggots on her bloody cuts.
