Hen of Roo? Feedback appreciated

Hi all. I have a 16 week old mixed breed (Australian mix) for a while it looked very Jem like with short legs, round body, comb developed later on... but now she is looking taller and has me wondering! Any thoughts on gender?

I'd have said hen but could be either haha. Beautiful bird, either way.

Actually at 16 weeks, looks more like a pullet getting close to point of lay (POL) to me. I would have expected more obvious saddle and hackle feathers at 16 weeks if male.
