Hen off balance

I have noticed one of my barred rocks is a little off balance and her feet seem to be swollen. Also has some missing feathers which I thought were due to molting but now I am not so sure. Any ideas as to what might cause this? She seems to be eating fine. She is about 4 years old..I have not seen this condition before??

Some photos of her and a close up of her feet would help.
Any sign of respiratory illness? Have you checked the soles of her feet for bumblefoot scabs? Feather loss may be down to moult. Where in the world are you located? More likely to be moulting if you are in the northern hemisphere.....including your location on your profile page means that we can see it each time you post and it can be relevant to many different issues and helps us tailor our answers more to your circumstances.... ie helps us to help you.
