2 have gained green on there head feathers. Could this be indication of males

Where on their head? If it is a green sheen where there was originally black feathering than it is not so much an indicator. I have noticed with my Drake's that they always seem to get their first signs of green feathering around their eyes. If you see green feathers coming in where there was originally brown or it's more than just a green sheen on black feathers and actually green feathering than it's most likely a Drake.

Well that one at least is definitely female. Lol.
the green sheen is often seen on black feathers. They won’t get the green male specific colouring on their heads until they molt their juvenile plumage, closer to 12-16 weeks depending on the bird. My appleyard drake from last year was 13 weeks when he started getting male specific feathers in. The voices will be the faster, earliest indication as in the last video you posted.
