Hen or not? Blue Andalusian 15 weeks this Friday

If I had the bird in my hand I could tell you. But I keep going back and forth. I'd guess a young cockerel based on what looks like saddle feathers coming in, but it's possible that I'm seeing things and it is a pullet.

I'm not too experienced with Blue Andalusians, but to me that looks like a girl at this age.
