We have two australorps 5 weeks old and doing great!!! No issues at all, been exciting to see their new features. Except one looks different from the other. More red under the beak and looks like barley a crown or at least a poofy one compared to the sister. Any thoughts or guesses would be Appreciated. The place we got them will take back roosters if we accidentally got one. We are connected with ours and don’t want to take it in as a roo if their is a chance he is a she!!! Advice? Pics below. The first is the one I’m thinking is a roo? Second is the sister?? View attachment 1914810View attachment 1914811

She’s a pullet. Thin red wattles is fairly normal for pullets. I can’t view the other pictures.

It's still pretty early to tell if a roo, is there any beginning of saddle feathers ? They are long thin feathers that come out from the saddle area and hang down beside their tails. This roo is 7 weeks old....
